                             RESOLUTION NO.   20065 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 11 (FINAL), RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 28A, SLUDGE DEWATERING SYSTEM,
                   CENTRIFUGE PROJECT, WITH INGERSOLL-RAND,
                   WHICH CHANGE ORDER WILL INCREASE THE
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT BY TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND,
                   THIRTY-SEVEN AND 83/100 DOLLARS
                   ($206,037.83), FOR A FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT
                   OF ONE MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
                   THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR AND
                   83/100 DOLLARS ($1,417,754.83).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Change Order, relative to Contract No. 28A, Sludge 

       Dewatering System, Centrifuge Project, with Ingersoll-Rand, which 

       change order will increase the contract amount by $206,037.83, 
for
       a final contract amount of $1,417,754.83.
